Safari to Windows

Great things have been happening in the last week. My company Situation Marketing has been growing and been receiving great reviews recently. And on sunday we were mentioned during the Tony Awards because we basically do great design and marketing work for most broadway plays. Also Thanks to Tom our Technology Director we have launched a successful live mobile blog for Spring Awakening and it did overwhelmingly great over night.

Other things on my mind are the fact that Apple has released a beta release of Safari for windows. I am still not really shocked but just trying to figure out why would they do this. But, I think that it will pay off and the iphone is the main reason. We all know this iPhone will have a great influence of our culture just like how the ipod did and still has. Now with apple releasing Safari for windows and opening it to developers to develop software and applications for the browser it will equal more browser share of the internet market. And the more windows users buy iphones they will continue using apple applications like itunes and safari. Using both these applications and syncing their music, bookmarks, rss feeds and etc they will most likely switch to apple computers like most people I know. Well this plan has worked somewhat with itunes I firmly believe that with firefox on the come up almost reaching internet explorer numbers, I can see Safari be a major player also.

Also I am loving Apple&rsqo;s new website and cannot wait for the phone and leopard. woohoooooo!
