This month has definitely brought back child hood memories with some of my favorite shows being brought to real life recently. For the past two days I have been to the local 7-eleven located at 345 W. 42nd Street in NYC for the new Simpson’s promotion, which I have to say is genius.
When one of my co-workers Jade mentioned to everyone that this was going on I had to check it out. So my first trip there I bought a “Homer&rsqo;s forbidden Donut and some Buzz Cola. Yes it was a high in sugar snack and not different from anything else, but just the fact of having these things look exactly like that cartoon I couldn’t resist. Then this afternoon Myself, Steve, Jade, Joey, Matt and Jackie made a trip to the 7-eleven for it&rsqo;s free slushee promotion, but were told it isn&rsqo;t happening because it is a “KWIK- E MART” lol that was hilarious , but in that sense they were right I guess.
We all did get our Squishee&rsqo;s and in our Simpsons cups also Jade picked up some Krust-ee -oo&rsqo;s, too bad they will kill you lol. All in all was a great trip down memory lane and all of you guys should check it out!
